Key Specifications
Gr5 titanium wire refers to wire made from Titanium Grade 5 alloy (Ti-6Al-4V), the most widely used titanium alloy. It consists nominally of 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, with the balance being titanium.
Gr5 titanium wire is characterized by high strength, low density, excellent corrosion resistance, and good fatigue performance, making it suitable for demanding applications where both strength and lightweight properties are required.
